Hooray! My knees both used to crack very loudly when I'd squat down. I tried to get them to do it last week, and there wasn't a sound!

I am celebrating - all day.

When I walked down the stairs today - to start the coffee pot - my knees were silent!

WOO HOO!!!

It's been far too long that I have started the day listening to the crack and pop of my knees. When there was nothing this morning - in my quiet house - I nearly cheered out loud! Somehow, I managed to curb my enthusiasm until I hit the kitchen, where I did a dance.

Then, I ran back up the stairs to tell my husband and skipped back down them to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Nope - no fluke - and no noise!!!

Hooray for me!!!
