I am someone who is on this journey of weight lost. I have been a particular weight area for some years.
I want to get a idea of how it feels to be a particular weight for a long time but lost a large amount of weight. I want to get a idea of how it feels to be a "lighter" individual.
I realize my issue is consistency. Keeping it moving.
