Goal for today:

Stay on track with my Sparkpeople program (exercise daily, stay within calorie range, get enough sleep, drink 8 glasses of water).

Short term goal:

Fit into a size 8 dress for my cousin's wedding; 9/20/2013. I'm currently between a size 10 and 12. Clothes are kinda dumb with their sizing. Some size 10's fit me, some are snug. Some size 12's fit me, some seem huge on me.

Long term goal:

Maintain consistency with healthy lifestyle. Try new things! Meet new and exciting people while trying new things! Lose 40 lbs. along the way and keep it off. Be an inspiration to someone else.
