I did good today i walked 3 miles for 90 minutes.. Yes it took me a little bit of time, but i did it and i enjoyed every bit of it the scenery was amazing. Anything other then the 4 walls of my house lol:)

Originally I want to do exercise for 30-minutes today. But I do more because the TV program helps me to continue. It's 65-minutes today! WOO!!
