So glad you're having luck! Now, I do have to ask: are you doing regular strength training? If not, it's time to start! When you lose weight, as much as 25% of your loss can come from lean muscle tissue, unless you're strength training to offset that. Squats are a start, but a full body program would be more beneficial overall, help you lose inches, AND boost your metabolism for better calorie burn while exercising AND while sitting on your bum!
