Hey,

Good for you, that is great. One step at a time remember. It is just a matter of starting, that is the hardest part. Once you start then you are one your way so great job for you, I say "congrats".

What are your goals? Are you working out right now or focusing more on nutrition?

I took my first step today. I made sure I filled out "my tracker" with what I ate for breakfast and lunch. I could not believe how stopping to remind myself to take this step has helped me become aware of what I ear.
