I just wanted to share with all of you my January Goal.
I decided to try this out:
Tutti Frutti- Tues.
Whole wheat- Wed.
Fried (less)- Friday
I want to replace one meal or incorporate the day's challenge throughout my day's diet.
For example, Sunday is Smoothie day... Well I will replace one of my meals with a smoothie. Mondays I wont eat meat. Tuesday's I will incorporate fruit into each meal. and etc! If u r interested in joining me, either send me a PM or here :)
