Today I ended at 1760. I had to eat out again (it's a weird week with a funeral and time is limited) and still managed to stay within my range by choosing better foods. Today was my fourth day of meeting my calorie goal (I know it may sound small, but it's a lot for me)! Today was a jogging day, so I jogged for 45 minutes and did 15 minutes of strength training.
You know, Ben 119, if you have eating under control, you may try some small exercise. You'd get a small treat everyday (now you know my REAL exercise motivation)!
