Goals for 2013:
-- 10% weight loss by my birthday, 3/12/13 -- translation: lose17# reach a weight of 159#
-- Exercies 5 mornings per week
-- Add meditation to my daily routines
-- Stick to my calorie/nutrient goals in my food-tracker

1. Crack the 200 mark by April 1st (that's about 6 lbs per month)
2. Set a new goal once I get there!
3. Take up a new healthy hobby - the choices seem to get broader the more I lose! Maybe biking, or rollerblading...

my 2013 goal for the entire year is to be 60-70 lighter im 42 and work in healthcare. I am looking for a 1-2 a week loss. I am going to take my life back and make this my year emoticon
