I have learned to love mustard as its the best choice for a condiment and I do not have to worry about the little calories that add up....

I like mustard. Usually use Grey Poupon or Dijon. I even like some of hotter kinds.

Yes and many types.
It is full of flavor, low or no calories really spices things up.
Couldn't do without it.

i use mustard all the time - especially dijon mustard in recipes

There are so many different kinds of mustard, I also love grainy and hot on a corned beef sammy as well.

by the way, I have a collection of different mustards & vinegars that I use for my food. I very rarely use butter or mayo anymore.

I found this article dont know anything about it...I think they are saying that mustard is far preferable to mayo. (to me mayo is just disgusting...eggs curdled with oil and vinegar. YUCK!)
Mustard is low cal and you can use it freely i believe!!
