I have learned to love mustard as its the best choice for a condiment and I do not have to worry about the little calories that add up....

I like mustard. Usually use Grey Poupon or Dijon. I even like some of hotter kinds.

Yes and many types.
It is full of flavor, low or no calories really spices things up.
Couldn't do without it.

I have 2 articles that I saved on mustard & weight loss. Don't know if either these are the article you are referring to but maybe they will help:

http://www.livestrong.com/article/298084
-mustard-and-weight-loss/

http://www.newsmaxhealth.com/vera_tweed/
lose_weight_mustard/2010/01/20/309861.
html

by the way, I have a collection of different mustards & vinegars that I use for my food. I very rarely use butter or mayo anymore.

I'm not sure of an article that has mustard as the key part, but I did find this article (link above) that mentions it.

I found this article dont know anything about it...I think they are saying that mustard is far preferable to mayo. (to me mayo is just disgusting...eggs curdled with oil and vinegar. YUCK!)
Mustard is low cal and you can use it freely i believe!!

I think I read that the spicier mustards boost your metabolism. It was from a Shape magazine article this month....on Internet.
