I put on Music Choice's EDM or electronic dance music, it keeps me going on and on and on!

For the elliptical I have several songs that make me think about moving or achieving things by overcoming obstacles. :-) Running on Empty by Jackson Brown, Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen, Stronger by Kelly Clarkson, (Look) How Far We've Come by Matchbox 20...I could go on but you get the gist I'm sure.

I really have a vast array of musical taste. I've found that music motivates me to no end, so I love having music to workout to. I use my Pandora app when I'm working out. Lately it's been set to the Serj Tankian channel. Prior to tat I had Bjork, Guns N' Roses, and Nikka Costa. It all depends on my mood.

Any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts.
