I work out at home with hand weight and elastic bands. The way I work out is that I do 30-45 minutes of (what I call) weight training and then 30-45 minutes of cardio. I focus on a new muscle group. For instance, Monday will be arms, Tuesday will be legs, Wednesday is core, etc. I find myself doing the same exercises over and over. I add plan to add reps weekly but I wonder if that is sufficient to keep the muscles working. Will increasing the reps be enough to keep them guessing or should I add weight. I don't want to bulk which I tend to do easily so I was leaning more towards the more reps, less weight side of things.
