You will need to experiment and see. You will quickly discover the calorie range that brings about weight maintenance for you and your exercise plan.
I would begin with about 1700-1900 daily and see if your weight stays about the same for the next several weeks at that range. If you are losing, then add about 100-200 more.

I am working on building muscle, especially in my arms, to tighten the skin from my weight loss. I am also trying to figure out a good calorie balance. I have never weighed this little before, and so I am still trying to figure out my body. I have been obese most of my life. I lift weights for a half hour each day, stretch for ten minutes, and bike ride or swim for an hour. I have a lot of excess skin under my arms and on my stomach but I know in time it will tighten because I have experienced some results already. All in all, for people who work out often, what is the amount of calories that you normally consume? Some people have told me that I should have around 1,800 and others have told me 2,100.
