i usually do the light. i think it tastes as good as the regular. i don't use it for fullness because liquids never fill me, however i do use it for the added nutrition and the protein for after a workout...
you will never know until you try it, so go for it.
I've recently had my calorie range lowered because of weight loss. I generally drink a RTD 11oz Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme as breakfast because I get a very early start in the mornings and I am just not generally hungry in the mornings but need to eat something because that's when I workout. I've been thinking of switching from regular Muscle Milk to Muscle Milk Lite, have you tried both? Any feedback on the taste and fullness factor of Lite is welcome.
