I'm with ya...I had to finally admit that alcohol had to go in order for me to get fit. It affected my eating, which affected my will to exercise which affected my desire for alcohol and then the whole cycle would start over. It's been 14 months since I drank anything and honestly, I don't really miss it.

Hi, I'm just starting my new health regime with sparkpeople so good luck me. One problem I like a bottle of wine once or twice a week but it leaves me ravenous next day, I dont want to give it up entirely,
