I used to take Womens one a day and if you compare it to the store brand it has the same facts or the store I went to anyhow though Walmart carries vitamins for cheap.
Do you have any specific dietary issues or nutrition issues?

I try to get most of my nutrients from food, but I often take the store brand multivitamin.

Don't waste your money on crazy claims.
This SP article will give you basic selection guidelines:

Something like a One-a-day, Centrum, or similar store brand---is just fine.

Recently I've been taking the Alive vitamins - you can find them in the drug store or grocery store. No stomach upset. I have also taken Solgar, and really like them - but you have to order them or get them at the health food store.

I take the generic Equate Women's Vitamin. It is comparable to Centrum. My Dr. said they are good vitamins and the price isn't jacked up because of advertising or fancy labels.

I take the Century brand vitamins for women. The only problem I have is I have to cut them in half, take half in the morning ang half at night or they upset my tummy. All vitamins usually don't agree with me.

I'm looking for a good multi-vitamin. Any recommendations?
