I did the Warrior Dash- different, I know, but wear your contacts. I also wore cheap sunglasses that if they came off or got broken I wouldn't cry, but I like to shield from the sun as much as possible.

Not glasses related, but I also recommend not wearing socks that day.

I am training to do my first every mud run! How exciting!

For those of you who have done one before, I am concerned about 1 thing in particular. My contacts. I can't see without them (or my glasses)

which would be better to wear on race day?
