I am going to play it by ear today. I'm working 16 hours today, but I will track my food and get a workout (at least 30 minutes) in.

I will try to use at least 26 points today.

I did fairly well yesterday. I met all of my goals, except I only ate 2 times instead of 4. I used 14 WW points out of 34.

NUTRITION
-drink 15 glasses of water
-eat at least 4 times

-track my food
-track my WW points

EXERCISE
-at least 120 minutes of cardio
-130 squats

I did well yesterday. I didn't study though. I
didn't say my (relationship) affirmations either..not sure if I should. Anyway, I got in 12 miles yesterday. emoticon

I will NOT....

- have any fast food

- dine out

-do any stress, emotional or mindless eating

- let anyone else's problems become my own

- not get discouraged

I WILL...

- drink 96 oz of water

- workout for at least 90 minutes

- keep a positive mindset even though I feel really bad

- be focused and in control

- be mindful of what I'm eating and not eating

I did pretty well at meeting my goals yesterday. However, I didn't read my book or watch a movie. I did do everything else.

I made some progress too! I didn't really realize it until late last night.

I love Love LOVE to dine out. However, I don't dine out as much as I used to.

Yesterday, I was invited out to Chili's. I really wanted the chicken crispers with french fries and sweet tea. Instead I ordered water w/lemon and the lunch portion of chicken faijitas with rice and black beans, which came with soup. I passed on the cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Thankfully, I don't like any of those things!

I hadn't eaten all day. So, I was pretty hungry. Normally, I would have eaten everything in one sitting. Not this time. I split it into 3 portions. I ate one there and saved the other 2 for a late lunch and dinner. I didn't have anything else to eat, but I got in all my water and fruggies.

I tracked my food on SP, in my WW journal and counted my WW points. I met my calorie range and points.

To top that off I only spent $9.08!

Today's plan....

NUTRITION
-fast
-drink at least 15 glasses of water
-make my meal plan for tomorrow

EXERCISE
-complete at least 10 miles of WATP
-complete the squat challenge

KNOWLEDGE
-study anatomy & physiology

REST & RELAXATION
-sleep at least 4 hours after work. (I get off at 8am)
-watch a movie
-read a chapter of my book
-write a short story

SPIRIT
-PRAY & keep a POSITIVE MINDSET
-say my affirmations at least 3 times

In 45 days I'm going home to California for 12 days. I haven't been there since I moved to Alabama 3 years ago.

For the next 45 days I'm going to post my daily plan.
I might continue afterward as well because setting daily, weekly and monthly goals help me stay on track.

My main goals are to...

-track everything I eat

-follow the WW plan(I do this without meetings)

-exercise daily

-eat at least 5 fruggies daily

-drink at least 12 glasses of water daily

-post my daily plan

These are my basic goals. I will be more detailed with my daily plans.

I want to get out and stay out of the 230s. I'm close, but won't update my ticker until I'm out. I'd love to be 219lbs by 7/5/13!
