I did pretty well at meeting my goals yesterday. However, I didn't read my book or watch a movie. I did do everything else.
I made some progress too! I didn't really realize it until late last night.
I love Love LOVE to dine out. However, I don't dine out as much as I used to.
Yesterday, I was invited out to Chili's. I really wanted the chicken crispers with french fries and sweet tea. Instead I ordered water w/lemon and the lunch portion of chicken faijitas with rice and black beans, which came with soup. I passed on the cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Thankfully, I don't like any of those things!
I hadn't eaten all day. So, I was pretty hungry. Normally, I would have eaten everything in one sitting. Not this time. I split it into 3 portions. I ate one there and saved the other 2 for a late lunch and dinner. I didn't have anything else to eat, but I got in all my water and fruggies.
I tracked my food on SP, in my WW journal and counted my WW points. I met my calorie range and points.
To top that off I only spent $9.08!
