Oh yeah, way to go! I would suggest you join the Community Team and reach out to newcomers and folks who sound like they are struggling now and then. That helps me now that I am in Stage Four. I want to challenge myself more with weekly goals - I was using household and work goals but realize I need to refocus on my health issues and food and nutrition again to polish up my Spark program. I also re-read The Spark and did the Bonus on-line program for readers of The Spark. Keep on rolling!

It means you have learned a lot, know that weight is NOT defining you and that being healthy and happy is very important since you are more than a number on a scale. Keep on doing what you are doing. Get more active with Spark Challenges and reach out to other people just starting their journey. You can do it.

It took me 11 weeks in Stage 3, but I finally got the courage to be committed to growing in my goal setting and to be more active in sparking others along the way, so I moved on to Stage 4. I haven't arrived at my goal weight yet, but I did achieve my goal BF%. I don't want to slack off now that I've reached that goal, because that would undermine my ability to reach my goal weight. I have 12 pounds to go. Any advice for this Stage or any insights into what it will mean for my journey?
