use it or lose it !!!! the journey of a thousand steps begins with one foot in front of the other....... one step at a time........just try to walk from here to there and do a little more than yu thought yu cud... are yu hungry or thirsty...drink water!!! being thin tastes better than that potato chips heheheeeee.. no more pasta!!!!
Mine is simply this: "If it is to be today, it is up to me." No one forces me to exercise or eat, so I think of this the first thing ever day and then just take it one step at a time. I am not sure about anyone else, but I put this weight on over several years and plan on taking it off the same way.
