Hi everyone, I'm new to the site. I'm not looking to lose a substantial amount of weight, I'm more so looking to create a healthier lifestyle and to eat healthier and also eat the correct portions. Another big thing is exercise. I ALWAYS hit the snooze button. I never want to get up early to exercise. I also cave in to sweets like ice cream and cookies and eat WAY more than I need! I always say, well I'll start tomorrow, I'll eat healthier tomorrow. I need to change my mindset! I want to become confident and learn to love myself and I know that having a healthier lifestyle will do that. How can I stay motivated to keep a healthy lifestyle, eat right, not overeat, and exercise?
