I saw a pic taken last night at a bachelorette party of me and I am SOOO not impressed with how I looked....I hold weight in my face and stomach...it is so unattractive....

So I put this picture on my cell phone to keep me motivated....when I'm tempted for those chips, beer, or take out food I can look at that and say "no thanks"...

When I don't feel like exercising I can look at it and say "gotta do this"......

So today I started my gateway to 8K program....very happy wtih how I did, and can't wait to do it again on tuesday.....I am also in contact with a friend who is now a personal trainer and he is putting together a training program for me (for a really good price) , we are just trying to figure out a day to meet...

Motivation.....one step at a time.....

Goals:
145 lbs by april
Be able to run 10 km by june
Look amazing in my wedding dress!
