Dawn, This is my second day with SparkPeople and my first post. I just want you to know that you have inspired me to keep trying. My hope is that one year from now we are both in much better health and much smaller clothing! You can do this, in spite of your pain. I'm not sure how to give you motivation - maybe that's something I'll learn how to do over the next year - but I do believe we both can reach our goals and be healthier for having done it. Don't give up! And know that you have motivated me because I now know I'm not alone. Thank you for your post. Sherry
Trying to get healthier at the age of 40 I have knee, leg and chronic back pain . I need to lose 100 pounds. I just need the motivation because everytime I try and exercise my back and legs hurt more. I have Neuropathy in my legs which cause extreme pain.
