You Can Do It!!
As your priorities sort themselves out, your healthy decisions can rise to the top.... I hope they are able to stay there, and you start seeing some real progress. Remember you are not alone in this journey---many of us constantly are juggling what we can do with our limited time and emotional resources. Just do the best you can--even one or two healthy decisions a day add up to a new you!! Keep at it--Don't give up!! patti

There has been a lot going on with me lately school,church,homework and everthing elese but ever time I look at myself in the mirror I dont see what I am I see what I could be. I am inspired by being the best that I can be.I have not been working out lately but I'm looking forward to start back very soon.Pray for me. Never give up never surrender.
