I would focus on finding healthier versions of my favorite foods and try doing regular tasks that don't seem like exercise - but actually are - for 10 minutes a day. Start small. Walking. Shopping. Cleaning. Vacuuming. Search the site for more examples. Good luck!

Hello, my name is Tineka and I am a 31 yr old mother of two. I've always been the "fat one" and I'm tired of it. I want to love shopping for clothes rather than feeling anxiety and depressed because I hate the way everything looks on me. I'm 5.5 and 242 lbs. My biggest issue is my inability to give up my favorite foods and exercising!! HELP!
