Thanks for the encouragement. I just completed a Mega 3 miles with Leslie Sansone. It kicked my tail...LOL I am not sure how to log that in on my exercise, do you know?

Small changes may be slow but they build momentum. I like to replace the word "motivation" with momentum, as I can create momentum deliberately with changes, but motivation always feels sort of mysteriously psychological! Hang in there! Baby steps!

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.

Today I am feeling very motivated. I hope that the motivation continues as I go back to work tomorrow. I am learning that just changing the type of bread that I eat can make a 100 calorie difference!!!
