Small changes may be slow but they build momentum. I like to replace the word "motivation" with momentum, as I can create momentum deliberately with changes, but motivation always feels sort of mysteriously psychological! Hang in there! Baby steps!
Today I am feeling very motivated. I hope that the motivation continues as I go back to work tomorrow. I am learning that just changing the type of bread that I eat can make a 100 calorie difference!!!
