First of all, on SparkPeople, it's NOT a diet: it's a way to adopt a healthy lifestyle by learning to be more accountable for your food and exercise choices, courtesy of the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. After all, if it was simply a diet, those of us who have lost the weight and are now in maintenance wouldn't still be here, making sure we continue those healthy habits we learned through weight loss.

You think you have your mind set on being better and you think you are making the correct choice....but to find out it is wrong and you can eat better on spark diet......Im going to get really serious about this diet and make myself even better.
