Have you tried music? at least this works out so fine for me that I recommend you to get inspiration from the music you like... and remember our bodies are so perfect that they´re able to recover the strength as soon as you decide to be consistent with your training... good luck Never is too late!!

One year ago I was doing really well Healthy, Toned and Fit, A friend of mine stopped working out with me so I lost my motivation and stopped too and just started eating what i wanted everyday with no excercise and No motivation! Now I have gained ten pounds since then and very un-fit and no longer feel healthy! So I am hoping for some help and motivation to help me get back on track :)
