Have you talked to your doctor to find out if maybe there is a medical explination? Are you dealing with a heavy personal issue that has you distracted? Make sure you are eliminating those possiblities, and if those don't exsist you may just have to fake it until you feel it. Maybe you can find a buddy who can be in it with you, and you can help motivate each other.

Hi, my name is Kimberly. I had so much motivation two years ago. I lost 50lbs. Over the last year and a half I lost another 17lbs. But this past year I have gained and lost same 20lbs. I am so frustrated and getting depressed. I have started eating all the time and hardly exercise. I have a race to run Oct 7th. It's 3.6 miles and I was doing the C25K program. I couldn't keep up. I ended up quitting and decided to walk the race and feel good about doing it. I just read they don't want us to walk it but I'm doing it anyway. I just need help finding that drive and motivation that I used to have. Does anyone have any ideas? Thinking about trying liquid protien as a jump start. Help
