Set a small goal that can roll into larger ones. This week try track one meal a day then next week log a meal and a snack and so forth you can do this!!! Baby steps...

My motivation waxes and wanes like the moon. Some days I'm super duper motivated, other days I'm a slug. Do I always make the right choices? No! Do I always feel motivated? No Has that stopped me from losing a bunch of weight? No!
You can still be successful even if you're not giving 100% to the process all the time.
Archimedes is right - don't beat yourself up. But also, remind yourself WHY you want this. Find a way to keep your head in the game.
Here's my little secret. Tumblr. Seriously. I have all Fitness blogs that I follow and before I even get out of bed in the morning I look through them, taking mental nourishment from all the great plans and attitudes. If you can keep your goals in mind, using whatever works for you as a reminder, the motivation is easy!

Hang in there ! Don't beat on yourself because you're not perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy. If the only healthy thing you were to do for yourself today was drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction. Give yourself credit for the positive things you do for yourself and try not to dwell on the negatives. NO ONE is perfect.
As the old song goes,"Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". What positive things DID you do for yourself today ? That's where you start. Each day, you keep adding those positive. Before you know it, your positives outnumber your negatives.
