I'm down about 15 pounds, gained muscle, dropped inches...and I'm about to do something I never thought I'd do: Post a before/after pic of myself! First pic was taken June 20th. Second pic - TODAY! I have been eating right, using MyFitnessPal app, and going to the gym 25 mins/day 5 or 6 days a week. but only 25 mins. Working with a trainer, doing strength and cardio. it's working. I feel great because I'm doing it the right way. I just wanted to share the news. Don't want to brag...but it feels great to say: Hard work pays off!! Ready to tackle my next goal!!! that last 15: GONE!
