Getting to shop in a normal department store like everyone else.

Yesterday, I weighed in and according to the weight loss challenge at the gym, I am down 17 lbs. Today, I feel wonderful.

Removing the word "diet"...eating well makes me feel like I have control over my choices and I yearn to feel THIN again. It sucks to have a body that you hate, a body that you don't even recognize. So, I want those feelings to subside.

Regaining my pre-wedding body! Running, lifting, clean eating, lots of water and patience. Those are the tools that I will use to get there.

Skinny moments .....noticing my reflection looks good.
Bypassing the "Women's" Section when shopping.
Sliding behind someone in a chair and a wall and not having to suck in or get them to move.
Not being tired all the time

Getting smaller each day, and having the grandchildren able to put their arms all the way around me when I get a hug....and have THEM notice it too. Makes it all worthwhile, tracking and all.
