The best part of dieting is when I can wear a pair of pants that I haven't worn in a long time !!

*Having people notice I've lost weight
*Feeling better when doing any physical activity (no jiggling, less winded, feeling like I can keep up)
*Feeling more confident and sexier about the way I look
*Being less tired and more energetic once all the extra weight is gone!

Eating healthier leads to eating new foods and/or eating old foods in a new way. I love finding something new to try.

Removing the word "diet"...eating well makes me feel like I have control over my choices and I yearn to feel THIN again. It sucks to have a body that you hate, a body that you don't even recognize. So, I want those feelings to subside.

I don't diet; hate that word! There are many rewards for changing eating habits, such as better health and losing extra pounds!

Skinny moments .....noticing my reflection looks good.
Bypassing the "Women's" Section when shopping.
Sliding behind someone in a chair and a wall and not having to suck in or get them to move.
Not being tired all the time
Feeling awesome and energetic everyday !

Getting smaller each day, and having the grandchildren able to put their arms all the way around me when I get a hug....and have THEM notice it too. Makes it all worthwhile, tracking and all.

Not having to diet. ;) Seriously, I don't diet, and I never will.
