Stay within your calorie range-every day!
Read articles-every day!
Read blogs-every day!
Do some form of cardio and strength exercise-every day!

We'll encourage you. It's a long road. If you will be consistent, there is no reason why you can't accomplish major things.

I've been a member a little more than two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!

I'm a mother of a 2.5yr old and trying to get healthy to have another one. My BP was really high with my previous pregnancy so I'm trying to loose weight before the pregnancy to ensure a happy healthy kiddo.
I'm also working on a master's degree and my only sibling is getting married in October so I want to be healthier than I am in January for him as well. :)
