I pushed myself this morning too and actually walked 2 miles per hour! That's a major goal for me. I did 2 hours of walking while the husband slept in, for a total of 4 hours and 966 calories burned

i agree...It's hard to get up at first, but it's a great feeling when I'm done

Today I forced myself to get up early and run! I have always worked out in the evenings, and found I couldnt sleep! I am not a morning person and I have small children so I am tired all the time. Sometimes I would skip my evening workout, because I just wanted to SIT!
I have to admit that when I first started my warm up on the treadmill, I had a hard time getting going, still sluggish from sleep I think. But once I finished I felt great! Even people at work have noticed my mood has improved and I feel like I accomplished something already today! Now if my kids are difficult to go to bed, I dont have to feel like I have to skip my workout because it has gotten to late. I did this for me, and that is the first time I have done that in a long time!
