I'm down 22, almost 23 pounds, which is a little more than halfway to my goal. I'm working hard to stay on track. For no particular reason, I want to reach my goal before the end of July. I'm going to make it at this rate. I'm staying focused and positive and I have the support of family and friends. So, WooHoo!
