Thanks guys. My celiac was discovered a year ago. My other restrictions are through my doctor during a physical. Basically all I can have are veg's, chicken, and fish. Fortunately I can still have egg whites, so there is still an omlete on Sunday.
 "I have to lose 55 lbs. I am just sick." (A) You can do it and (B) it's not 55lbs at once ... it's a pound a week for a year. It's a little change that becomes big at the end.
 As others have inquired, are these doctor-imposed dietary restrictions? If so, definitely see a dietitian for better professional advice, but if not, take it a change at a time, not all at once.
 For a lifestyle change you need to eat what you love and love what you eat. As KENNIEGIRL stated, "Find a snack that's healthy perhaps you have a favorite veggie or fruit?"

We have multiple restrictions in our household too and it can be hard to find foods that are tasty and healthy at the same time, while fitting into the diet. Find a snack that's healthy perhaps you have a favorite veggie or fruit? and try going to that instead of the chips. Remember to celebrate the small goals and improvements and not make yourself sick over the mountain you see looming ahead. One step at a time, and every day is a chance for improvement.

did your doctor give you all the restrictions? that is a lot of changes at once-which can be overwhelming. if all the restrictions aren't from your doctor, think about starting smaller. if they are from your doctor, a dietitian could definitely help.
like bunnykicks said, celebrate the small positives.

That's quite a few dietary requirements you're working around. It would be worth it to hook up with a dietitian for some advice and assistance with meal planning. Cut back on (or cut out) the alcohol, as it contains lots of calories but basically zero nutritional value. Hey, 55# is not so bad! And at least you did your yoga as opposed to nothing-at-all! Celebrate the small positives until you're ready to make the big changes. Chin up!

Finally decided to make myself come back and do this thing. My diet now includes gluten free, dairy free, no sugar, low carbs, no red meat or pork. Had a bad physical last week. What am I supposed to do? I am now more depressed than ever. It was bad when I found out I had to be gluten free but with everything else added. My weight has skyrocketed because I found chips that were gluten free and I enjoyed them and I compensated myself with alcolohic drinks instead of beer. This morning I woke up and did a session of yoga at home because I'm to embarrased to go to a gym. I have to lose 55 lbs. I am just sick. Rose
