That video sounds like strength training.

There are various ways to track strength, I like to just use quick track.

Hey Sparkies!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how you track a workout video?
For example I would like to get back into Lauren Hefez's bridal arms workout she has free on YouTube today, but I am not certain how to track this on my profile.

Any advice?
