You got it! I bake a bunch of chicken breasts up all at once so I always have some on hand. Definitely fills the belly and boosts the energy back up. Yay you!

I have struggled since mid-June. I kept my calories at around 1200, exercised almost every day, and was rewarded with 1/2 pound loss a week - if I was lucky. I was so frustrated! I finally figured I would try upping my protein and letting myself eat more. I was scared to do it, eating more seems so counter-intuitive, but I did it anyway. 2 lbs down in one week! I think I finally found what works for me. Woohooo!
