Thanks for the notes! It made me get out and walk two miles with my dog. She loved it and so did I. Just working on getting motivated to workout today. But one day at a time, right!?!?!!

I would recommend just getting up and doing some sort of exercise. It definitely makes me feel better too! I also find that after exercise, it it easier for me to resist food cravings. I guess it's the healthy momentum built up...

I would always get so bloated, but even a small walk would help that, gets things to moving around in there. The only thing I noticed that seemed to actually make my cramps worse was heavy duty ab work, but that was the only thing I avoided during those times. Fresh air may help with the fatigue too.

I find after I actually get to the gym... I feel better.. at least trying .. you may want to stay. It actually makes me feel better :) emoticon

I hate this time of the month. I feel tired all the time and no desire to exercise or anything for that matter. I usually get tons of cravings, too. But at least I skipped that part this time. I think it has to do with eating so well, I'm not craving anything. I am going to try to take a walk after my b/f physical therapy and before I go to work this afternoon. Does exercise help with the fatigue during that time? Is it better to do something light or normal or nothing at all? Thanks!
