So I've cut back on the soda. . . . . didn't get any runs in yet this month and didn't even get the bike down off the wall. Well nothing scheduled for Tuesday night so maybe it will be time to get the bike down, put air in the tires and chase my child outside to go for a ride with me.

Make it a great on everybody.

My goal for the entire month of May is to repeat a "declaration" by Joel Olsten 2 times a day. This is my third day.

My goal for this first week is to begin writing in my journal everyday so that I can learn ways to sleep better. It's only in writing that I'll find clues about myself that will help me go forward to sleep better.

My goal for the first week of May (starting a little late) is to stay away from sweets, and eat a healthy lunch.

My goals for May are, cutting soda back out, and getting back to running in the morning three times a week. Weather is getting nicer so I might throw in getting about 50 miles in on the bike as well.

Good luck everyone, check in with you all in a week or so to see how everyone is doing and to update how my goals are going so far.

I find that I do better with my weight loss when I have smaller goals.
I am going to break May down into 4 Challenge weeks

Challenge #1 = May1st- May8th

establish your own goals, and keep to them for one week and see how your fitness improves!!

My goals:

-no sugar
-no white bread/tortillas/chips etc.
-no fatty meats

-Vegan Diet+ Chicken/egg(1x/day)
-120 minutes of exercise total

-1 "break meal" where I can have anything.

this is gonna be rougher than usual, because I have college finals right now,

what are your goals for the first week of May?
