I guess lots of people still see Sunday and Sunday evenings as a time that they can still party (and see it still as "the weekend"). Maybe you can start winding down Sundays earlier. Have dinner at 3 or 4 in the afternoon, read or watch TV for a little (something not too energetic). Have clothes laid out, lunch made for Monday morning, give yourself a pep talk about how Monday will be, and then get some good, long sleep. Try to set your mind that Monday will always be a good day to renew things.

I have such a hard time on Mondays, but some how I always manage to get my workout in. Just will power I guess and I like the way I feel after a workout.
I call them "Moandays" lol Seriously....I have the hardest time falling asleep Sunday night for some reason which can make for a very crappy Monday morning. However, I find that if I have no beer Sunday and eat lighter Sunday evening I seem to have a better Moanday. The good news is, it won't be Monday again for a week. g
Change your attitude and expectations for Monday. If you find Mondays too busy for exercise then maybe just plan take that day off. Don't go crazy and binge but don't stress about food or getting to many minutes of exercise that one day. If you have time to exercise but feel in a low mood on Mondays maybe that is the day to focus on fun physical activity- maybe in a different setting- instead of your normal workout. Keep a stricter routine on the weekend. Prepare your meals for Monday in advance.

I am not good with Mondays either, nothing seems to change it. It's not as bad in the summer as it is in the winter.

I think Mondays are the worst. I have a hard time going to sleep Sunday night so I always wake up tired on Monday. Not sure what can make them better, especially since it also brings me back to work, which I don't like. I just need a bunch of Saturdays!

Mondays are always the worst. I changed my weekly workout schedule so I now swim on Monday mornings. That means I can do something I like, start my day with a jolt of cold pool water, and not have to deal with rush hour traffic. I have a pool attached to my office building so I leave my house about 5:45, get to the office just after 6. Then I can head straight home after work and relax, well do laundry and clean the kitchen.

Nah, it's all about attitude. Prep yourself Sunday night. Fix tomorrows lunch, clothes etc so that the morning is easier. Get up 10 minutes earlier so you are not stressed trying to leave on time.
Go to bed 30 minutes earlier so that you are more rested.
Other than those suggestions, try to be thankful when you wake up that you are did!
