Hi. I have a team starting Monday 11/26/2012
It's called " Me Against Myself". It's for people who want to lose weight but not one of those " I'm going to run 3 miles today and eat this and this and never fall off my diet. Well I can't do that but i can work up to it. this team start slow and then go up a level the next week. Saturdays and Sundays are no workouts days.
