So I was inspired by my boyfriend and his love of breads today and I mixed it up! I used the bbq mix recipe from the sparkpeople cookbook and I used it as a dry rub on some chicken breasts I had in the freezer. I baked them up and then I was sort of stumped. I normally eat my arnold sandwich thins and they just sort of became boring. SO! I hunted around and I found Pretzel Buns!! I took the chicken with the bbq dry rub, I mixed in 1 6oz container of plain greek yogurt, and I put it on the warmed pretzel buns. It was a hit!! It took me a while to find said bread but it was well worth it. Try it, try it right now!!
