Hi Misty. One great thing is that if your family all want to lose weight and get more fit, you have an instant support team. Make planning meals and healthy snacks a team effort, and plan some fun family fitness activities. Going back to school is challenging, but it can also be super fulfilling. I hope that you enjoy it. About the best advice I can give is to make a schedule to do you work and be consistent. Enlist the support of your kids in keeping up the house. Make this a family thing too, and work on feeling like a team and keeping the spirits high!
P.S. I have really received help with my self-esteem from counseling. If you can't afford it for your son, check in with your church leaders, a school counselor, or some other community programs to see if you can get some financial help with it.

Why I am sparking:
I want to protect my health, feel better, look better, and have more energy.
I am back again and need some support. My children and my husband need to loose weight too. My son feels so bad about himself and it scares me. He is way overweight and is depressed. I'm also going to college and my schedule for studying and work is going to be hard to get me started back. I feel like I should spend all my time studying. I feel like I need to be in better control of my time. I'm not sure how to do that. Any suggestions would help me. Thanks
