I agree! Little things! The first thing I noticed was my pants have been a little looser. Now when I look in the mirror my stomach still seems to protrude, but my arms and shoulder area seems to be getting more toned. Also, I get so much more motivated when I can work out longer, or do something at a higher level of difficulty now than what I could before!

It's the little things we notice that keep us motivated isn't it!? My pants aren't fitting as tightly these days, which makes me want to do more!

Looked in the mirror this morning (something I've trained myself NOT to do over the last 17 years). I noticed that my muffin top wasn't quite so pronounced as it used to be! Yay! Now if the under my waist would go away, I'd be even happier!!!!
