I think I worked it out. I was so frustrated I went and clicked on the five and I was able to change it to 15. Now perhaps we have both learned something. Just change the 5 to whatever you did Pat in Maine.

I was wondering the same thing. I know you can change the time. I didn't time myself, but I completed the workout. I guess I will have to watch it again and time it, and note it. Goes for each workout.

Hi Pat,

I am not quite following you...I do not have the Cardio-Blast DVD, so I can't check into this, however is there a place where you can change your time in the fitness tracker?

I just finished my first walk with this DVD
I tracked it and it gave me just 5 minutes the video lasted 15 plus minutes what is wrong with this picture.
Since it is in a sleeve there is no contents on it .Is there a way to give us the time taken for the DVD.It is hard to work that hard at my age and only get 5 fitness minutes. It is easier to walk with my pedometer but even that gave me plenty of steps while i used the video. What is the explanation or where can I find the explanation Pat in Maine.
