Maybe you were overcome by all the different emotions you've had during this battle to take off all that weight. Congratulations on losing all that weight.

Hey, as I have ticked off the milestones in my journey on Spark People, the success has triggered off all sorts of struggles with fear and shame from the past "failures" at weight loss! You really plowed through your "weird" reaction to hitting minus-50 with great awareness. You keep Sparking!

You're doing great! 50 pounds is a huge accomplishment! Pat yourself on the back! Can you buy yourself some kind of reward to celebrate? A cute new outfit??? Go on, you deserve it!

Maybe you were just overwhelmed... The best thing is that you expressed your feeling no matter what it was emoticon
Congratulations for your accomplishment!

Heaven only knows why you were feeling frustrated; emotions can be really wonky things, huh?! I'm very glad that you are now relishing in your success, because you deserve to! What an awesome job you've done!! emoticon

When I started with Sparkpeople, I thought losing my first 50 would feel awesome. Why did I cry in frustration all morning last Saturday when I met that goal? I don't know! But since then, my chin has lifted, I've set my next big goal (getting below obese bmi), and shouted my success to the mountaintops. Gosh, I am starting to feel awesome AND empowered!
