Sorry for your recent troubles. We all have problems here and there, some worse than others. If you noticed SP gives you incentive to read various articles, post messages, track your food and fitness. I doubt you will have "odd" hours. There are people from all over the world on the site, so people are online all the time. Make sure you check out the "how to use the site" tab on the start page. it will help make the site more user friendly.
Slow and Steady Wins the Race!
Healthy eating is the end goal. Losing weight is a bi-product of it.

Hi All sorry i did join a week ago but have had a real down week my granddaughter has been ill and on steroids and inhalers for her breathing bless her she is only 3. My husband who never goes to the doctors made an appointment as he was getting breathless and doctor sent him for x-rays at hospital, still waiting for results and my son got suspended from work as a colleague made a allegation against him, which was founded untrue and has just been reinstated. I am not that computer friendly so bear with me.I work 12hr nights so will often be on here at odd hours. I will probably drive you mad with constant questions of how do do things on here but bear with me with all your help i may even become an expert.
