Vimeo has free Bellicon downloads that you can burn into a dvd. Youtube has PowerJump workouts in various lengths. Collage videos has many rebounder workouts. Just type in a search and it will come up with lots of them and clips. I have one called cardiolates by the same ladies pilates on 5th who make the bellicon workout. You can purchase the bellicon workout at the bellicon website or get it free on line. Qibounding at youtube has short workouts. I found many at youtube that I am burning to a dvd. Oh, G-Force is another two workouts by Anna Benson fitness DVDs.

I don't know of any DVD's but when you go to buy a mini trampoline. Get the one that is already put together. They are a little more expensive, but quite worth it.

I jog in place on mine.

My daughter has always wanted to try a mini trampoline for exercise.
I'd like to get her going on that, so I thought I'd get her one for Christmas.

Anyone know of a good DVD for this type of activity?

I don't know where to start.

Thank you!!!!
