Awesome ! Good luck - make sure to drink the water, track if you do, and get at least 10 minutes of exercise in every day - you can do it !

My mini goal is to lose 10 pounds by September 13, 2013. My niece is getting married in Napa Valley, Ca.

The mini goals are working. They are mini but they are having a good positive feeling for me. I can see results and that is what I need. I made myself a new recipe the other night, and enjoyed my cooking. I am more of a cookbook kind of cook, but this one I just threw together and was very tasty. On to my next mini goal.

Sounds like a plan, and a good one too.

emoticon So I thought of two things I am going to try to do each week. One new goal is to try a new Spark recipe so I don't get bored with my choices of food. The second one is to plan my meals for the week so I eat what I should and not let emotions rule my kitchen.
