The mini goals are working. They are mini but they are having a good positive feeling for me. I can see results and that is what I need. I made myself a new recipe the other night, and enjoyed my cooking. I am more of a cookbook kind of cook, but this one I just threw together and was very tasty. On to my next mini goal.
So I thought of two things I am going to try to do each week. One new goal is to try a new Spark recipe so I don't get bored with my choices of food. The second one is to plan my meals for the week so I eat what I should and not let emotions rule my kitchen.
